The Vikings made a number of roster moves following their rookie minicamp over the weekend. The minicamp included players from the team’s draft class, undrafted free agent signings and rookie tryout players. Ultimately, the team signed three players after the weekend event:
The Minnesota Vikings on Thursday bolstered the depth of the offensive line, signing free agent guard Dakota Dozier. Terms of the deal were not announced. Dozier, 27, spent the first five seasons of his NFL career with the New York Jets, the team that drafted him in the fourth-round of the 2014 draft.
The Minnesota Vikings on Wednesday signed offensive lineman Josh Kline to a three-year, $15.75 million deal. Kline, a veteran guard, is expected to become the team’s starter on the right side.Terms of the deal were first reported by Courtney Cronin of ESPN.

Running back Roc Thomas is back. A day after waiving him, the Minnesota Vikings signed Thomas back to the team’s practice squad. Thomas was let go after the Vikings claimed former Detroit Lions running back Ameer Abdullah on Wednesday.
Storm Norton strikes again. The Minnesota Vikings have been shuffling around practice squad linemen since the Arizona Cardinals claimed Colby Gossett off the team’s practice squad last week. To replace Gossett, the Vikings signed Landon Turner to take his place.
The Vikings made a couple of roster moves prior to Sunday’s night game against the New Orleans Saints. Offensive tackle Storm Norton was promoted to the 53-man active roster and defensive tackle David Parry was waived.
The biggest story surrounding Vikings today was news of Everson Griffen’s return. The defensive end had been away from the team working through mental health issues. Apparently that wasn’t the only action happening Tuesday. According to Andrew Krammer of the Star Tribune, the Vikings also made a few practice squad transactions.
