PurplePTSD works in partnership with Vikings Territory, similarly doing their utmost to offer top-notch coverage of the Minnesota Vikings. As a result, weโ€™re promoting five of their top articles of the past week in โ€œThe P/PTSD Perspective.โ€ Take a peek at some of their best stuff.

The P/PTSD Perspective: December 6th, 2025

1) Vikings RB Stolen by Cardinals: Such is the risk of storing a runner on the practice squad. When a team is willing to carve out a roster spot, the practice squad talent can get scooped up. Maybe he’ll shine with the Cardinals, a team that’s in the headlines due to Arizona’s QB1 being a possible trade target in Minnesota.

2) Kevin O’Connell Explains the Adam Thielen Snub: Honestly, folks, what took so long? The 2025 season has been a struggle for a long time. Failing to demote the veteran receiver resulted in the Vikings earning a 7th rather than a 6th. Not saying the decision was easy; the decision was costly, though.

3) Vikings Quietly Rule Out Starting Lineman: Other than RG1 Will Fries, the Vikings have seen every starter along the o-line need time in the infirmary. Even worse is that some of the depth has also taken a hit, as well. Building for the future is what the remainder of the 2025 is all about. Ensuring the players are healthy is part of that pursuit.

4) The Sneaky Good Justin Jefferson News for the Minnesota Vikings: Lately, there has been quite a lot of hand-wringing surrounding Justin Jefferson. For good reason. Minnesota is squandering a prime season of a historically-great receiver’s career. The good news is that Minnesota’s quarterback position doesn’t have far to go.

5) Fire Kwesi, Trade Justin Jefferson, and 3 Other Buzzy Vikings Ideas: Monday morning is the time to overreact. After getting shutout in Seattle, there was much overreaction in conversations surrounding the Vikings. Seeing huge changes to the leadership in 2026 would be surprising.
