Vikings Rookie Shot 4 Times, Expected to Make Full Recovery
It was shocking news when it came across the wire for Vikings fans to read on Monday night, but Vikings rookie defensive tackle Jaylen Twyman was shot four times while visiting his aunt in Washington D.C.
According to his agent Drew Rosenhaus, Twyman was in the “wrong place at the wrong time” when the incident occurred and he’s expected to make a full recovery.

According to Rosenhaus, Twyman was in a car when shots rang out, he was struck four times with “superficial, exit wounds” only. He will not need surgery and xrays were negative.
Twyman was a 6th round pick for the Vikings in the 2021 NFL Draft out of Pittsburgh.
