Phil Loadholt is already done for the season, John Sullivan won’t return to the field until at least the second half of the year, and before the release of today’s inactive list, fans worried left guard Brandon Fusco would miss the Vikings’ Week 3 matchup with the San Diego Chargers.

Fear not — Fusco has cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol, is active for today’s game, and will likely start. Seven other players, however, will not suit up against the Chargers. They include:

Fusco was a full participant in Friday’s practice and suffered no major setbacks, making him a candidate to play this Sunday. The only new addition to the list is cornerback Jabari Price, who was activated from the suspended list after missing the Vikings’ first two regular season games.

Fans will have to wait to see Stefon Diggs return punts, as Marcus Sherels has performed well in the same role (9.7 yards per return). Of the other names, only Danielle Hunter’s is a notable inclusion. He played in the Vikings’ season opener before losing his active roster spot to veteran Justin Trattou, who secured a game-changing interception against the Lions last week.
