There were a few clues following the Greg Jennings signing, including the lack of a jersey presentation, that suggested the Vikings would be getting new uniforms in 2013.
The Vikings have now made it clear that new jerseys are on their way.

Lets hope....really hope, they get it right this time. I like the simple stuff. And a darker purple, like the throw backs.
They should just google 1975 Vikings uniforms and go with those.
On another note, did you guys see that Brad Childress has been hired by Andy Reed at Kansas City to be his "spread game analyst and work on special projects"
That OC job for Cleveland sure didn't last long.
I wonder if any of those "Special Projects" will entail skirt and wigs? Maybe limo service to the airport to pick up important players?
I was thinking "special projects" meant that he was in charge of getting Andy Reid coffee and doughnuts and being his "piss boy".
I don't miss the Chilly days for sure. Simple uniform sounds like it will be more traditional.

Those are all good, solid, likely candidates Coach but I still hold out that Childress is their King.
If he hadn't started out, from day one, as trying be both Bill Belichik and the smartest guy in the room at ALL of his press conferences (And failing miserably at both) I probably wouldn't have started out disliking him so much but you can't change history.
And by the way, you do realize you left Less Steckle off your list, right?
Very aware, Fran. I like Les too much to put him on that list. He had a very poor year, no question, but I know he's a better coach that what we saw that year. I just can't have his name near Abe Gibron or Dave Campo.
