PurplePTSD works in partnership with Vikings Territory, similarly doing their utmost to offer top-notch coverage of the Minnesota Vikings. As a result, we’re promoting five of their top articles of the past week in “The P/PTSD Perspective.” Take a peek at some of their best stuff.

The P/PTSD Perspective: March 23rd, 2024

1) Two More Vikings Players Officially Say Goodbye to Minnesota: Alexander Mattison had been cut, so his official decision to sign elsewhere didn’t come as much of a surprise. What was maybe a bit more noteworthy is that Oli Udoh is heading elsewhere. The lineman has been around Minnesota since 2019, offering steady play and versatility along the way.

2) The Vikings Pull Off a Wild Trade Out of Nowhere: The GM isn’t shy. He orchestrated a stunning move that was likely in the works for a little while. The focus now shifts toward what comes next. Many are expecting the team to put together another huge trade before it’s all said and done.

3) Vikings Appear Ready to Miss Out on a Huge Portion of NFL Draft: At the top, there are picks No. 11 and No. 23. Next up is pick No. 108. Minnesota doesn’t own a selection in either Round 2 or Round 3, meaning that all of Friday, April 26th is looking like crickets for the Vikings. Pairing those opening-round selections to get to the very top will only make the chasm wider.

4) Stefon Diggs is up to His Old Antics Again: Very few are better than Diggs. Legitimately, he’s a tremendous receiver and a fierce competitor, someone who makes a huge difference on Sunday. The social media mysteries do bug some people, though. Does he finish his career in Buffalo?

5) Kirk Cousins, Falcons May Be in Trouble: Everyone knew that tampering was likely occurring. And then everyone knew that tampering was likely occurring. Does the NFL intervene by taking away a draft pick from the Falcons? If so, how high is the pick? Final thought: does anyone else find it striking how similar the 2024 Falcons sound to the 2018 Vikings? Strong defense with offensive skill waiting to be unlocked. Just need a QB to complete the puzzle. Actual success or 8-7-1 upcoming?
