π Infirmary Report | Vikings-Lions π
The Minnesota Vikings topped the New York Jets in London two weeks ago, enjoyed a bye, and now have sights set on the rival Detroit Lions.

Detroit has beaten Minnesota thrice consecutively, a rather odd circumstance throughout the head-to-head history between the franchises.
Minnesota’s injury report actually looks quite promising, all things considered.
Overall, the Vikings are decently healthy at this point on the calendar, a tendency that isn’t necessarily widespread around the league.
These are each team’s injured players one day before Week 7.

The Vikings are 1.5-point favorites to defeat the Lions in Week 7. Minnesota has a mighty 80-43-2 (.648) against Detroit since 1961.
All NFC North teams have at least four wins through Week 6, with the Green Bay Packers weirdly in last place while showcasing a 4-2 record.
Minnesota’s Super Bowl probability has climbed from +8000 to +1100 in the last six weeks, a signal that oddsmakers are beginning to buy what the purple team is selling. Nobody anywhere predicted Minnesota to be 5-0 at this point on the calendar.
The Lions have not defeated the Vikings four times in a row since the early 1960s.
Detroit is an incredibly balanced enterprise, ranking fourth per offensive DVOA and fourth on defense per the same metric.
Interestingly, the Vikings and Lions haven’t reached the playoffs in the same season in 25 years β 1999.
