Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins has been all over the media (social and traditional) the past couple weeks. His appearance in “Quarterback,” a Netflix series that goes behind the scenes of an entire NFL season (a la “Full Swing” covering the PGA Tour) for three QBs: Cousins, Patrick Mahomes and Marcus Mariota. The series was entertaining, and in the case of Cousins, somewhat revealing about him during the exciting 13-4 2022 campaign.
There is plenty of fodder to talk over—including the number of hits he received last season (the most), how much the game means to Cousins on and off the course and his relationship with his new head coach Kevin O’Connell. Joe Oberle, senior writer for vikingsterritory.com and purplePTSD.com, joins Mark Craig, Vikings writer and NFL Insider from the Star Tribune and startribune.com to hash it all over on the Vikings Territory Breakdown podcast.
They will also discuss the cornerback position, considered by the highest number of our website readers to be the position group of most concern as the Vikings head toward training camp in a manner of weeks.
Throw in some discussion of the latest crop of NFL Hall of Famers (which didn’t include the Vikings legend Jim Marshall) with HOF voter Craig and you have a jam-packed podcast to enjoy. Tune in and check it out!
