  • It's amazing how non-sensical is the so-called cap. It could be greatly simplified by saying the cap includes any money you pay any players on your team. I'm pleased the Vikings are able to make these moves and going into the draft the team needs are much narrower and allows us to go for best available player once we sew up the OL and S. I see us maybe trading up to get a stud OL--Sewell--for the first time. I expect we'll draft two or three OL, a safety or two, an Edge, a LB, a backup TE, and a WR and a RB later in the draft.
