Jefferson for rookie of the year? Diggs says…
Sorry, that was click bait-y of me. But, all I want for Christmas is enough clicks to eat food at some point.
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs seems very happy in his new home in Buffalo, as he’s said in recent front page stories in ESPN the magazine, and on social media. That doesn’t mean that Diggs isn’t cognizant of what is happening in his stead in Minnesota, with rookie receiver Justin Jefferson lighting the league aflame this season.
There shouldn’t be any debate at this point as to whether or not the latter is the offensive rookie of the year this season, as he is on track to potentially break the 1960 record for most yards by a rookie receiver (and also just surpassed Randy Moss’ team record for receptions).
Diggs voiced his opinion about that topic on social media today, throwing his hat in the ring for Jets as OROY.
Look at that!
Perhaps there is such thing as a win-win trade in the NFL after all.
