Brian Murphy joins the PurpleTERRITORY Media family!

We recently launched our first non-Minnesota Vikings website, MinnyICE.com, to bring our style and standard of local and independent journalism to the Minnesota Wild media-sphere. With that and our continued coverage of the Minnesota Vikings, we wanted to pull out the stops under the stops we already pulled out and bring in one of the biggest heavy hitters in the business… Brian Murphy.
Brian is a titan in our industry, having worked for the Pioneer Press for well over a decade. Murphy covered the Wild (and NHL) as a beat reporter from 2002 to 2008, then transitioned to covering the Vikings from 2009 through the 2017 season/NFC Championship disaster.
Murphy will be writing a Vikings column each week (while touching on other sports news) through the end of the season, and will also cover the Wild over in our sister-site MinnyICE.com!
