When Donald Igwebuike was the Vikings place kicker, Burns would just call him "Kicker"

  Brett and I hope to keep that tradition going. The software provider made the jump from "free" to "show me the money" which led to some in-season problems for us in 2012.

I like the idea of trading up! If we stay at 23 and 25 there's a very good chance we miss out on the top tier players at position of need (DT, ILB, WR). I think if we trade up with the Saints we could nab either Richardson, Ogletree, Rhodes or Patterson/Allen.

Our second 1st round pick is also perfectly situated for a trade back into early part of the 2nd round with one of those QB needy teams trading up to grab a QB and pick up either a 3rd round pick or 2nd rounder next year.
