More than a year removed from the Brad Childress era of Minnesota’s football history, I debated whether or not this news was worth passing on.
The “Chuckle Factor” made me decide it is.
Chris Mortensen reports that Brad Childress is a candidate for the Head Coach vacancy in Tampa Bay. The Bucs recently fired Raheem Morris, who interviewed on Friday for the Vikings unsettled defensive coordinator position.
Tampa wouldn’t be the worst situation to for a guy like Childress to fall into.
Hey, as long as the guy isn’t coaching the Vikings, I wouldn’t mind being entertained by Brad Childress and his “streams of consciousness” for another couple of years.
Good Luck, Brad.

Tampa would be CRAZY not to hire Brads.
Dude looks sharp in a sun bonnet.
Freds misses "coach of the year" Brads
Cmon Tampa hire him now, we need the comic relief. Wouldnt it be fun to watch the KAO on another team? Reading around the blogs I havent seen one single Bucs fan that thinks it's a good idea to hire Childo.
I would think Tampa might be a better fit for Childress than Minnesota was.
A lot more tolerant and diverse down there. . . a cute little Stewardess's outfit, an umbrella drink in his hand, talking football stuff like "That little squirt in the hole". . .hell, he'll fit right in.
Oh here we go.... Frans officially has cabin fever.
I've lived up here in Alaska for the better part of my life and I'll tell you, I think this is the first year I really DO have cabin fever. These 5 hour days are getting to me lately. . .
Haha Fran good stuff. Thanks for the laugh.

adam, not that we need a new reason or excuse, but, i think we need a phacker-hater article to direct our collective bad vibes. so drop that shovel and tell us how the giants are gonna win this game, or the saints or 49ers the next one, or the afc the next...
