The Minnesota Vikings just can’t shake the offensive line issues. Today the team received news about one of its projected starters. It wasn’t the news they wanted to hear.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Vikings guard Nick Easton is likely done for the season. The 26 year-old underwent surgery this morning to correct a herniated disc in his neck.
Easton started 12 games last season before breaking his ankle in the Week 16 victory at Green Bay. It remains to be seen how the Vikings will handle replacing Easton who was the starting left guard and backup center. Tom Compton has been filling in at left guard during Easton’s absence.

We cannot have nice things.
Sighhh
I was looking forward to watching him play after he had gotten a season under his belt after not playing OG since his sophomore year of college ~
Tough loss, hope it's not a lingering issue for Easton
