Tall frame with nice long arms
Doesn’t shy away from making tough catches and going over the middle
Left UMass owning the receiving record book
Footwork is above average which allows him to separate from defenders
Runs polished routes
Has the drive that coaches love, will only continue to get better
Drew double teams on a consistent basis and still put up numbers week-to-week[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]
He is tall… but also lanky, needs to bulk up
Won’t wow anyone with his speed
With his smaller frame, defenders have an easy time getting him to the ground
Might take a year while he bulks up and adjusts to the NFL before he can contribute on an offense.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1460758786586{padding-top: 15px ;background-color: #dbdbdb ;}”]

Vikings fit? Yes.
While it is widely thought the Vikings go receiver in either the first or second round, don’t be surprised if they decide to double dip at the position and look at receiver again in rounds five to seven. Sharpe is a guy that should hear his name called anywhere from round four to six. Sharpe has the size the Vikings are looking to add at the receiver position. While he needs to beef up his body, the height and ability to go up and get the ball is already there. During his time at UMass he proved time and time again he can put up numbers all while battling double teams and the opposing defenses’ best. I could see Sharpe being a guy who doesn’t make much of an impact as a rookie but comes into year two ready to battle for some serious playing time. Adding him to the mix of Diggs, Wright and whomever the Vikings draft in the early rounds could make for some nice receiving depth in the future. [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
