As of today, all 32 NFL teams are permitted to contact and enter into contract negotiations with the certified agents of players who will become unrestricted free agents. However, a contract cannot be executed with a new club until 4 pm ET on March 9. The Vikings currently have 15 players set to become unrestricted free agents, all of whom will be free to test the open market as soon as this morning.
