Minnesota locks up a key defender for five years, $50 million. According to multiple sources, the Minnesota Vikings have reached a contract extension with starting middle linebacker Eric Kendricks.
The Vikings starting left guard of will officially return in 2018. According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, offensive lineman Nick Easton will sign his second-round tender. Easton will reportedly sign the offer and report to Minnesota’s offseason workout program Monday.
Minnesota adds depth at wide receiver. The Minnesota Vikings signed wide receiver Tavarres King Thursday. King last played for the New York Giants.

The Vikings have signed free agent linebacker Reshard Cliett. Cliett, 25, was a sixth-round pick of the Texans in 2015. He’s 6-foot-2, 221-pounds. Cliett played college football at South Florida. He’s also spent time with the Chiefs, Titans, Cardinals, Jets and Broncos.
Vikings to add much needed offensive line depth. According to multiple sources, it appears the Vikings will sign versatile offensive lineman Tom Compton. Compton is a Rosemount, Minnesota native. He played college football at South Dakota.
Team adds depth at tight end and longsnapper. According to the team’s official Twitter feed, the Minnesota Vikings have officially signed kicker Kai Forbath. The team also announced the signing of tight end Josiah Price and longsnapper Nick Dooley. The Vikings waived linebacker Shaan Washington.
The team will keep its starting left guard of 2017. According to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network, the Minnesota Vikings plan to place a second-round tender on offensive lineman Nick Easton. The restricted free agent was the team’s starting left guard last season.
The Minnesota Vikings are on the board! In their first roster move since signing offensive lineman Josh Andrews in early February, the Minnesota Vikings will tender a one-year contract to safety Anthony Harris, according to Chris Tomasson of the Pioneer Press. Also, RB Mack Brown will be re-signed.
