Vikings Current Roster — After a Frenzy of Recent Moves

Brad Rempel-USA TODAY Sports.

The Minnesota Vikings have almost two weeks of training camp in the books, with five days to go before the start of the preseason at the Seatle Seahawks. Like last year, the team is expected to rest all starters at Lumen Field — and probably in the following two exhibition games.

Vikings Current Roster — After a Frenzy of Recent Moves

Minnesota welcomed Danielle Hunter back for 2023 after general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah and Hunter’s representation reworked the remainder of his current contract to contain $17 million in the 2023 season, expandable to $20 million in incentives. With Hunter in the saddle for this season, the efficacy of the defense is a little less mysterious.

Minnesota has 36 days until the regular season, so the roster will shrink tremendously by August 29th.

Here’s the Vikings current roster after several recent transactions.
