One of the bigger narratives this off-season has been the story of safety Anthony Harris. Harris was the breakout player for the Vikings in 2019, and while he has yet to sign it, was franchised by the team for 2020.
There has been a litany if rumors and stories about Harris this off-season, including as recently as yesterday with the Odell Beckham Jr. trade “rumors”.
Now there’s an update! Kinda!
Source: I'm told t/ #Vikings & S Anthony Harris r expected to resume discussions on his status & long-term deal. There were talks towards end of Mar. I'm told a deal is in t/ "realm" of what's necessary to finalize but Harris knows other factors cd still impact his future in Min.

Sounds like Harris and the Vikings took some time off and are now going to be re-entering talks. It also sounds like the Vikings are (presumably begrudgingly) moving closer to what Harris (and his agent) have been asking for (rightfully so).
Or maybe, they’re just upping the offer to make the numbers work better for the inevitable OBJ trade?!?
It’s the off-season, cut me some slack!
