  1. Pass blocking at left guard is more important than it is at right guard, so Nick Easton should remain the starter there for the rest of the year. Sirles should remain a four-position back-up. Isidora should be available to take over at RG if Berger retires after the season, or if he doesn’t, to compete at LG with Easton. There is no reason to push Isidora into starting too soon.
