Hello, friends. Today we embark on a new journey we’re calling Bump and Run. If you came here expecting an article, I apologize, because this article is a video, and I know how confusing that can be.

Bump and Run is a weekly web series in which I stand in front of a camera and yell things about the state of the Vikings and/or the NFL. The format will evolve over time, but this will be the basis. In the first episode, I (mostly) avoid injury talk, rejoice in the team’s 2-0 start, poke fun at Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker and other Packers fans, and make a sure-to-be-wrong prediction about the upcoming game at Carolina.
