Darren Sproles

Somewhere my old buddy "Gunslinger" is thinking of me for the first time in about four years. That makes me smile.

Vikes have been missing out by not having a scat back. Adds a lot to your offense... just ask the Saints.

Sproles is pretty awsome Adam and durable for his size. Bet the Chargers are sorry they let him get away.

Didn't Gunslinger get pissed about something? Told us he would never be back.

Don't remember why. Was it the Sproles thing? He was kind of hung up on that.

I remember all the Sproles hype back in the day and I remember Gunslinger, what I don't remember is any falling out between you two over the topic. What happened? And where did Gunslinger go? Anyone see him on any other forums or blogs?

I don't think things ever got so heated between us that I drove him away... I think he left the OAV after I did... when they made their changes. Could be wrong, though.

Gunslinger was kind of a hot head. He claimed to be a "Federal Agent" in California. I remember pointedly asking him if he was blogging while at work. Gunslinger didn't care for my "attitude" and tried to scare me by saying "he carried a gun". I told our old pal that nearly "everyone in the US has a right to bear arms, it's called the 2nd amendment." That was the first time he disappeared from OAV. Oh yea, we were talking about Darren Sproles...... uh, he's a good fit for the Saints offense.

Freds misses the GunStinker. It was so easy to get him to blow a cork. The guy was great to have around. His violent outbursts were a hoot. Freds wishes Bjohnny would blow up like he used to...Freds misses that. Bjohnny has mellowed with age,too bad really.

Coach Buds has been a bad influence on this blog. Dude is way to mellow. Decent enough guy, but come on, show some emotion Buds.

We need more hot heads. Freds thinks Purple Charles has a short fuse, but not sure, maybe not.
