Spam in the Forums

Hello all,

While we are doing pretty good at keeping spam off of the main VT site, the forums have recently been infiltrated with spammers and it is a little harder for us to keep them out of here. I'm sure we'll figure it out, but please bear with us as we use trial & error to figure out effective ways to keep them out. In the meantime, please email me directly at adammwarwas@gmail.com if you spot spam in here and I'll get rid of it ASAP.

What I would give to round up every person responsible for internet spam and viruses and have Patrick Willis and Ray Lewis take terms hitting them in helmet-first in the knees.

Thanks to Brett, it looks like we have found an effective way to keep spammers out. We've gone 10 days with no spam now, so that's good
