The Minnesota Vikings on Friday announced the 2019 coaching staff. As expected, Rick Dennison was named the team’s new offensive line coach and Marwan Maalouf was added as the special teams coordinator.

Defensive specialists Mike and Adam Zimmer (linebackers coach) were joined by offensive specialists, Gary and Klint Kubiak. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Vikings on Monday hired Gary Kubiak as an Offensive Advisor and his son, Klint, is expected to take over as QB coach.
In 2019, teams in the NFC North division will face off against the teams from the NFC East and AFC West. The Vikings will host the Eagles, Redskins, Raiders and Broncos. They’ll travel to play the Cowboys, Giants, Chiefs and Chargers.Based on the 2018 winning percentage of their opponents, the Vikings will have the 9th-most difficult schedule next season, according to the team’s official website. It appears as though the Mike Priefer era will continue in Minnesota.According to Alex Marvez of SiriusXM NFL Radio, the Vikings are reportedly working to re-sign the special teams coach to an extension. Just like the contract of interim offensive coordinator Kevin Stefanski, Priefer’s deal is set to expire on Tuesday.
