When it comes to football coaching positions the State of Florida has a lot of “Help Wanted” ads being placed these days.

One vacancy, the offensive coordinator position with the Jacksonville Jaguars, could end up being a landing spot for a guy currently employed by the Minnesota Vikings.

Reports indicate that Vikings running backs coach Kirby Wilson is in consideration for the open spot.  Wilson just finished his first season with the Vikings and earned some praise for navigating the wavey waters that was Minnesota’s backfield this season.

Wilson has never been an offensive coordinator in the NFL and his main competition reportedly includes the likes of Greg Roman.
