The Baltimore Ravens signed former Vikings tight end Chase Ford Tuesday, according to CBS Sports.

Ford spent most of the season on Minnesota’s roster, but the team waived him on Nov. 11 in order to make room on the 53-man roster for cornerback Josh Robinson, who was activated off the PUP list. The Vikings signed Ford to their practice squad before Baltimore added him to its roster.

A Miami alum, Ford originally joined the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2012; he has 34 career receptions for 391 yards and a touchdown over 20 games played. Ford was listed as the Vikings’ fourth-string tight end behind Kyle Rudolph, Rhett Ellison and rookie MyCole Pruitt.

Ford joins tight ends Nick Boyle, Crockett Williams and Gophers alum Maxx Williams on Baltimore’s roster.
